About
PhD in Artificial Intelligence, protocol engineer in DeFi. I bring the two together: AI agents that quote, negotiate and trade onchain, running on the indexers and APIs I build to keep protocols live.
Path
I got my first wallet in 2018, used DeFi from 2019 and started building onchain in 2022. Before that, I spent years on data platforms in consulting, and before that, on a PhD.
The PhD, at the University of Montpellier (LIRMM), was about reasoning with conflicting knowledge: what a system should conclude when its data disagrees. My thesis, "Defeasible reasoning for existential rules", led to first-author papers at AAAI and AAMAS. That question is still the one I ask when I design an agent that has to act on messy onchain data.
I also measure my own life: training, building, learning, writing. Not to chase numbers, but to see what actually makes things better and do more of it. Life in data on the overview is the public part of that.
